Offerings & Enforcement Notice

All purchases, offerings, tips, donations, mentorship payments, digital downloads, and contributions made to Lady and The Arrow, LLC are final and non-refundable.

By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges that funds are exchanged for access to creative, spiritual, intellectual, and artistic work that is immediately accessible or delivered in digital, printed, experiential, or energetic form.

All offerings directly support the continued creation, publication, stewardship, and expansion of Lady & The Arrow’s works, teachings, journals, writings, and artistic expressions.

Because of the nature of intellectual and digital materials, no refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or disputes will be honored once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, imitation, republication, resale, AI ingestion, training usage, spiritual rebranding, derivative teaching, or commercial adaptation of Lady & The Arrow content, likeness, character depictions, proprietary frameworks, or brand identity will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Lady and The Arrow, LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, statutory damages, and all available legal remedies for infringement, misuse, misrepresentation, or commercial exploitation of its protected materials.
